Pop-up store design, from concept to installation

A few weeks to make your mark and get people talking about your brand. We design and build bespoke pop-up stores in railway stations, shopping centres, department stores or on the high street, in Switzerland and Southeast Asia.

Why open a pop-up store?

A pop-up store lets you test a city or market before signing a long lease, launch a collection in a space of its own, or create an event people talk about. It's the fastest way to put your brand in front of your customers.

But a temporary space comes with constraints: a short lead time, an imposed venue, a budget that has to work several times over. Our role is to turn it into a strong concept, quick to install, cleanly dismantled and built to be reused from one city to the next.

Our method, in four steps

  1. Step 1:

    Brief and concept

Site visit, creative direction and 3D renderings: you approve a clear vision of the space before committing to fabrication.

  2. Step 2:

    Drawings and materials

Construction drawings that meet the venue's requirements, with durable, lightweight materials designed to be transported and reinstalled.

  3. Step 3:

    Fabrication

Bespoke demountable furniture and signage, made with our craftspeople: one point of contact oversees production from start to finish.

  4. Step 4:

    Installation and dismantling

Turnkey installation before opening, then dismantling and storage of the furniture for the next stop on your tour.

Frequently asked questions

  • 01How long does it take to design a pop-up store?

For a bespoke pop-up, allow eight to twelve weeks between the first brief and the opening: around three weeks of design, four to six of fabrication, then delivery and installation. A modular or existing concept can be ready in three to four weeks.

  • 02How much does a pop-up store cost?

The budget depends on the floor area, the location, the level of customisation and the number of cities. We set it after an initial call, and we design the furniture to be used several times: that's often where the real savings are.

  • 03Where can a pop-up store be set up?

In railway stations, shopping centres, department stores, vacant high-street units or at events. Each venue has its own rules: we prepare the submissions required by the landlord or host retailer.

  • 04Can the furniture be reused?

Yes, it's one of our principles. The furniture is demountable, transportable and designed to be reinstalled elsewhere, with a few adjustments if needed.

  • 05Do you work outside Switzerland?

Yes. The studio works between Switzerland and Southeast Asia, and can roll out the same pop-up concept across several countries.
