This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, who we share it with and what your rights are. It applies in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Project form: your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number and message, as well as your answers about the project (type of space, location, timing, budget). This information reaches us by email.
• Newsletter: your email address, to send you the inspiration gallery and our news.
• Email or phone conversations: the information you choose to share with us.
• Technical data: on each visit, our hosting provider automatically records logs (IP address, browser, page viewed, date and time), which are needed for the website to work and stay secure.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Sending you the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
• Keeping the website running and secure: our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data or use it for profiling.

Recipients

Your data can only be accessed by the Nexus Studio team, in Switzerland and Southeast Asia, and by the service providers that help us run the website:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting;
• Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): email;
• the newsletter delivery provider, once the newsletter is live.

International transfers

Nexus Retail Experiences LLC is a US company and our team works between Switzerland and Southeast Asia, so your data may be processed in the United States, Switzerland and Southeast Asian countries (in particular Thailand). Where these countries do not offer a level of protection recognised as adequate, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

• Project enquiries and correspondence: for the duration of our relationship, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example for accounting purposes if a contract is concluded).
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: according to the hosting provider's retention period.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Typefaces are served from the website itself: no data is sent to third parties while you browse.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing or ask for its processing to be restricted. Write to us at contact@nexus-studio.ch: we respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.

Changes

We may update this policy, in particular if we add a service to the website. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
