Luxury boutique and flagship store design
On the high street or in a shopping centre, a shop window has three seconds to stop passers-by. We design boutiques and flagships that last, from creative direction to handover, in Switzerland and Southeast Asia.
Book a callA boutique, your brand's permanent showcase
A brand-owned boutique or flagship is the fullest expression of a brand: every material, every route through the space, every light tells its story. It's also an investment that has to last, both aesthetically and technically.
Between the landlord's requirements, the building's constraints and the opening schedule, the project involves many parties. We understand your branding as well as we understand construction: you have one point of contact, from first idea to handover.
Our method, in four steps
- Step 1:
Concept and customer journey
Creative direction, customer journey and product presentation, translated into 3D renderings to validate the experience before building.
- Step 2:
Landlord submission and permits
Preparing the technical submissions required by the landlord or shopping centre, and guiding you through the approval process.
- Step 3:
Construction drawings
Detailed drawings, choice of materials and bespoke furniture, coordination of trades and scheduling.
- Step 4:
Site management
Supervising the works and craftspeople through to handover, so you open on schedule with the expected level of finish.

Frequently asked questions
01Do you work on the high street and in shopping centres?
Yes. In shopping centres, we work with the landlord's requirements; on the high street, with those of the building, the façade and the authorities. In both cases, we prepare the necessary submissions.
02What is a flagship store?
It's a brand's lead store: its largest space or most iconic address, where it fully expresses its world. A flagship is as much about selling as about building the brand's image.
03Do you manage the construction site?
Yes, that's what sets us apart. We follow the project through to handover: construction drawings, material selection, furniture fabrication, coordination of craftspeople and site management.
04How long does it take to open a boutique?
It depends on the floor area, the permits and the condition of the unit. Allow several months between the first brief and the opening: we plan backwards from your opening date.
05Can you adapt the concept for other countries?
Yes. The studio works between Switzerland and Southeast Asia, and can adapt a boutique concept to the standards and craftspeople of each country.
